Congratulations to Field Engineers and WALZ Construction group for winning the prestigious 'Project of the Year' Award. Physical difficulties, environmental factors, location logistics, climatic and ground conditions were all factors that brought challenges to the removal of old conveyor galleries from the wharf of Hay Point coal terminal. The project team performed the lifts using innovative thinking and precise engineering control to make sure the lifts were performed safely and efficiently.
